Shipping policy

At Legacy Outfitters, we work hard to get your order packed up and on its way as quickly as possible. While we’re not a big-box operation (and proud of it), we do our best to keep things moving efficiently.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 12 PM EST may begin processing the following business day.

During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, product launches), processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Typical delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (if available)

Please note: delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed once the package leaves our hands.


Carriers

We ship orders using trusted carriers such as:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

Carrier selection may vary depending on destination and package size.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow it every step of the way.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
Legacy Outfitters is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, it is outside of our control. However, we’ll always help where we can.

If your package is:

  • Delayed: Check tracking first, then contact the carrier directly
  • Lost: Reach out to us at [your email], and we’ll assist in filing a claim

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
